Gritty 6-8 Forward from SCSU, Now Chasing Pro Dreams Post-College
Deaquan Williams, a 6-8 forward from Camden, NJ, wrapped his college career at South Carolina State in the 2021-22 season, averaging 6.4 points, 6.0 rebounds, and 46.2% FG across games (ESPN stats), building on his 8.6 PPG at Lincoln University. His differentiator? Relentless rebounding intensity and blue-collar toughness from a basketball hotbed, paired with a 3.3 GPA in human services—showing discipline and smarts. Post-grad, he's flashed in 2024-25 highlights and FIBA U19 events while pro-stint in Azerbaijan's ABL with Ordu. Perfect fit for teams needing a high-motor vet who battles without ego.
