Big-bodied Cleveland State center with classic rim-protector upside
Waters is listed as a **6-9, 265-pound center** from Detroit, giving Cleveland State the kind of size that can change shot selection, control the paint, and provide a physical interior presence.[3] The standout fit question is less about flash and more about role: if you need a sturdy post defender, rebounder, and low-maintenance big who can bring toughness every possession, he profiles as a useful piece.[3][2]
