McKennah Metzger brings two-way juice and serious lineup pop for Coastal Carolina
In the 2026 season, McKennah Metzger emerged as a true utility weapon for Coastal Carolina, earning Sun Belt honorable mention after appearing in 52 games with 52 starts, hitting .673 OPS? Actually, her verified impact was 35 hits, 43 RBIs, 13 home runs, and six sacrifice flies, which led the Sun Belt and set a Coastal single-season record. She also showed high-leverage value, including a three-homer game against James Madison and an RBI performance in Coastal’s upset of No. 15 Arizona. At 6-foot with a right-handed bat and arm, she gives a team length, power, and versatility—plus the kind of grinder energy coaches love.
