Elijah Alston brings proven pass-rush production and disruptive edge juice to Miami
In the 2024 season, Elijah Alston was a productive but injury-interrupted addition for Miami, finishing with 19 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.5 sacks, one interception and four starts in eight games. His calling card is burst and disruption: he transferred in after a 2023 Marshall season that produced 11.5 TFL, 6.0 sacks and elite PFF pass-rush grades, showing he can win with speed and bend off the edge. The main question is durability, but when healthy he looks like a scheme-friendly, high-motor DL who can fit a team needing immediate pass-rush impact.
