Bryce Hendricks brings legit right-handed heat to South Alabama
Bryce Hendricks stands out as a power-armed RHP for South Alabama, with reported fastball velocity in the 90-94 mph range, a sharp 75-77 mph breaking ball, and an 83-86 mph changeup that gives him a starter’s mix rather than a one-trick bullpen look. Publicly available 2026 stats show limited innings and a 0.00 ERA across a tiny sample, so the real draw is the pitch quality and upside more than the current stat line. He looks like a fit for teams that value upside, strike-throwing growth, and swing-and-miss stuff over polished volume.
