Ball-hawking FIU safety with a proven playmaking resume
Justin Halley stands out as a veteran FIU safety whose game is built on instincts, range, and takeaways: in the 2013 season, he logged 53 tackles, 3 interceptions, 2 forced fumbles, and 11 passes defended, and FIU listed him fifth all-time in pass breakups with 18. He’s more than a stat line—opponents and FIU coverage noted his playmaking presence and even his off-field polish as a model, which hints at uncommon confidence and composure. If you want a defensive back who can flip momentum, Halley fits the bill.
