Austonn Lazoff brings compact guard value with Portland State pedigree
Austonn Lazoff is a Portland State guard whose profile points to a steady, experienced backcourt piece rather than a flashy stat-sheet chaser. His value is in guard fundamentals, composure, and fit: the kind of player who can organize an offense, protect the ball, and give a staff a reliable floor general when games get tight. The available public data is thin enough that this is more “trust the role” than “chase the headlines,” but that also makes him intriguing for teams needing a functional, no-drama connector instead of a usage-heavy scorer.
