Elijah Smalls is becoming a dependable red-zone target for Maine
At 6-foot-5 and 244 pounds, Elijah Smalls brings the kind of frame and catch radius that tight ends coaches love, and in the 2025 season for Maine he played in all 12 games with 12 receptions for 148 yards and a touchdown, after flashing first-college TD upside against N.C. A&T. The appeal is the trajectory: he’s not just a body at tight end, he’s an improving, reliable chain-mover who already contributed as a redshirt junior and fits teams that want a big target with room to keep climbing.
