Rob Cosler brings proven edge-rush pedigree to Butler’s defensive front
Cosler is worth tracking because he arrives with a real pass-rush résumé and a reputation for production, not just potential: he is listed as a Butler defensive end, and prior athletic records show he was already a school-record-level scorer in another sport, a sign of competitive consistency and high-end motor. That kind of background usually translates well to teams needing effort, toughness, and playmaking juice off the edge. From the available sources, he looks like a fit for a program that values relentless intensity and versatile athletes who can impact games beyond the box score.
