limited 2026 sample, still an unknown-forward profile at UCSB
In the 2026 season, John Simcoe has appeared in just one game for UC Santa Barbara, logging 4.0 minutes, 1 rebound, and no points, assists, blocks, or steals—so the current statistical read is too small to judge his full impact. [1] What stands out right now is not production but uncertainty: there is no meaningful public evidence in this dataset yet about his offensive role, defensive ceiling, or consistency, which makes him more of a watch-list player than a proven rotation fit.
