Georgia Southern’s Chris Washington brings raw trench presence with a hard-nosed edge
Chris Washington is listed by Georgia Southern as a defensive tackle, but publicly available stat pages show no current game production to lean on, so the best read is on profile and fit rather than box-score impact[2][12]. The appeal is the classic DT checklist: if he’s earning snaps, he’s likely valued for interior toughness, leverage, and run-stuffing intent—traits that matter more than flash in the middle of the defense[2]. The caution flag is the lack of recent verified statistical output, which makes him more of a projection/role fit than a proven headline-maker right now[12].
