Jason Labbe II brings veteran playmaking and steady linebacker production to Merrimack
Labbe is a proven, multi-year contributor for Merrimack who has shown he can make impact plays, with career highs of 29 tackles in 2021 and a first collegiate interception, plus fumble recovery and pass breakup production that suggests real defensive range. His profile stands out for versatility and experience—he played in eight games in 2021 after appearing in all three games in 2020 and 10 games in 2019—while his background as a two-time all-conference high school player and team captain points to leadership and competitiveness. He looks like a reliable fit for a defense that values instincts, toughness, and assignment-sound play.[1]
