Kawaun Cox brings proven pass-rush production and starter-level impact at NCCU
Kawaun Cox is a disruptive **defensive lineman** at North Carolina Central who has already shown real game-wrecking potential: in the cited season, he started 9 games, earned **All-MEAC Third Team** honors, and finished tied for sixth in the conference with **4.5 sacks** plus **6.5 tackles for loss**. He also earned preseason All-America recognition, which signals outside confidence in his upside and consistency. Cox looks like a fit for teams wanting an active, production-backed DL who can pressure the quarterback and affect the backfield rather than just occupy blocks.
