UMES’ reliable glue forward with real two-way juice
In the 2024-25 season, Mahogany Lester gave Maryland Eastern Shore a steady veteran presence at F/C, starting all 31 games and averaging 7.8 points, 27.4 minutes, 5.4 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and 35.9% shooting from three. She’s a high-effort, do-everything fit: a strong rebounder, a capable floor-spacer for her size, and a sneaky-disruptive defender with three straight 40+ steal seasons. Coaches also praised her as the team’s “glue” player, the kind who brings spark, toughness, and no-drama production.
