steady, prototype linebacker with proven production and leadership roots
DeAndre Little’s profile reads like a coach’s checklist: long, physical, and developed into a dependable linebacker at UTEP, where he posted 30 career tackles and earned multiple Conference USA academic honor roll selections. In his 2012 season, he appeared in 11 games and recorded his first career sack, while his high-school résumé showed big-play instincts with 135 tackles, 4 sacks, and 4 forced fumbles in his junior year. He brings toughness, effort, and football IQ more than flash—exactly the kind of fit teams like when they want a reliable, assignment-sound defender.
