a versatile Kansas linebacker with size, range, and a developmental edge
Brian Maura is a long, lean Kansas defender at 6-3, 215 who has been listed as a linebacker and has also shown positional versatility in recruiting and roster profiles. His appeal is less about flashy stat lines and more about frame, range, and fit: a player who can move, cover ground, and potentially add value in multiple defensive looks. Earlier Kansas notes show he missed an entire season because of injury, so durability and recent availability matter when evaluating him as a fit for your team.
