Matty McConnell brings two-way guard toughness and timely scoring to Robert Morris
McConnell is a 6-foot-2 guard who gives Robert Morris a physical, dependable backcourt presence, with enough scoring punch to pop for big outings and the versatility to contribute across the box score. In his college profile, he has shown rebounding, steals, and playmaking value beyond just points, which makes him attractive for coaches who want a guard who competes hard and impacts winning in multiple ways.[1][2][6] His stat profile suggests a steady rotation fit rather than a pure volume scorer, so the main reason to care is his all-around utility and edge on both ends.[4][6]
