North Carolina Central’s tone-setting fullback with some punch
In the 2026 season, Saeed Abdul-Azeez is listed by ESPN as North Carolina Central’s fullback and has 49 carries for 130 yards and 1 touchdown, a compact stat line that fits a classic bruising role more than a volume-back profile. He stands out as a tough, interior runner and blocker who has historically been praised by NCCU as one of the team’s most formidable blockers and someone who got bigger and stronger. If your team needs a physical, selfless, downhill piece who can help win the line-of-scrimmage battle, he’s a fit; if you need open-field flash, he’s not that guy.
