Monmouth WR Steven Ruiz: compact, experienced, and still worth a look
Steven Ruiz is listed by Monmouth as a senior wide receiver at 5-foot-7 and 165 pounds, and ESPN’s player profile confirms he remains on the Hawks’ roster. Reliable public stat pages do not show a current production line for him, so the clearest takeaway is profile-based: he’s a smaller-slot style receiver whose value likely comes from quickness, leverage, and toughness rather than size. If a team wants a crafty, lower-center-of-gravity target who can separate and compete in traffic, Ruiz is the kind of under-the-radar fit worth digging into.
