Physical SDSU DL with upside in the Jackrabbits’ front
Auston LaBlance is a South Dakota State defensive lineman worth watching because SDSU keeps producing disciplined, high-motor trench players, and that’s the lane he’s trying to carve out in a deep program. Publicly available recent stat-tracking on him is limited, so the best read is based on role and context: if he’s earning snaps at SDSU, he’s being evaluated in a demanding system that values leverage, toughness, and assignment soundness over flash. For a team needing a sturdy, development-friendly DL who can grow into a reliable rotational piece, LaBlance fits the profile.
