Kelly Colleran gives Boston College a battle-tested left-side ace look in the circle
In the 2026 season, Kelly Colleran has been Boston College’s workhorse pitcher, and her profile screams “tough competitor”: she opened with a six-strikeout win, later threw a complete game to beat then-undefeated UNC, and showed she can miss bats even in rough outings. Her season line also suggests volatility, so she looks like a fit for teams that value grit, durability, and big-game upside over pure polish. At 5-foot-4, she’s not overpowering with size, but she competes like a fire hydrant in a thunderstorm—small frame, loud results.
