Sacred Heart’s Frank McConnell: seasoned interior OL with starter experience and championship pedigree
Frank McConnell brought real value as a sturdy, experienced offensive lineman at Sacred Heart, starting all 12 games in the 2014 NEC championship season and appearing in eight games at center in 2015. At 6-foot-1 and 285 pounds, he wasn’t the flashiest blocker, but he offered reliability, versatility, and the kind of trench toughness coaches trust. His high-school résumé also points to leadership and competitiveness—team captain, all-conference honors, and an all-star game appearance—making him the type of blue-collar fit that can stabilize a line.
