Kestlee Nelson-Dooley: veteran BYU guard who brings instant shot-making and pressure poise
Nelson-Dooley’s value is the old-school stuff that travels: she entered BYU with junior-college pedigree, helped provide a spark in pressure moments, and was noted for elite perimeter efficiency in MWC play, including a 53.6% mark from three in the 2003 season. She also had a reputation as a multi-skilled guard before BYU, averaging 12.8 points, 5.0 assists and 2.8 steals per game at UVSC in 2002. If you want a poised, experienced guard who can stretch the floor and steady a lineup, she’s the kind of fit coaches love.
