Steady Veteran Guard Bringing Scoring Punch to Furman Paladins
Jaylon Pugh, a battle-tested guard currently with Furman Paladins, averaged 2.5 points, 0.8 rebounds, and 0.3 assists at 41.5% FG in his most recent season per ESPN stats, but flashed serious upside earlier with 7.2 PPG, 2.5 RPG, and 1.3 APG while starting 8 of 32 games for Lander in 2022-23. His differentiator is versatile perimeter play and proven scoring bursts from his D2 days, making him a low-risk depth piece with starter potential—perfect fit for teams needing gritty bench spark without high-maintenance drama.
