Sean Brown brings size, ceiling, and special-teams grit to Michigan State’s secondary
In the 2023 season, Sean Brown appeared in seven games for Michigan State, logged 24 defensive snaps and 27 special-teams snaps, and finished with three tackles—small sample, but enough to show a big-bodied DB at 6-3, 190 with real depth-player utility and room to grow[1]. He entered college with strong California recruiting cred, including top-safety recognition from ESPN and On3, and his profile suggests a long, physical defender who can help in matchups and on special teams if his consistency keeps rising[1][3].
