veteran Morehead State guard with grit, team-first DNA, and injury-tested resilience
Cecil Brown’s Morehead State profile shows a steady, defense-minded guard whose value went beyond points: in the 2008-09 season he appeared in 24 games for the OVC champion Eagles, and his earlier seasons showed he could handle a larger role before injuries trimmed his minutes. He’s the kind of player who brings toughness, experience, and versatility across guard spots, plus the coachability that shows up in honor-roll academic history. If you need a low-drama, high-IQ backcourt piece who understands winning habits, Brown fits the bill.
