veteran Portland State interior lineman with all-conference pedigree
Devan Kelley was a standout Portland State guard who earned Big Sky and regional recognition in the early 2000s, giving him a clear profile as a battle-tested interior lineman with proven conference-level value. The strongest differentiator in the available records is pedigree: he was named to the 2002 All-Conference first team and recognized on the 2003 All-West Region team, signaling consistent high-level play in the trenches. If you need a tone-setter up front—reliable, physical, and respected by league observers—Kelley fits that mold.
