7-foot-1 rim protector with size-first upside for UAB
Igor Nikolic is a **true center** at 7'1" and 240 pounds, giving UAB real paint size and a classic interior anchor profile.[4][5][6] The key appeal is his frame: he can help with rim protection, physical post defense, and matchup deterrence simply by occupying space, which is especially valuable against bigger frontcourts.[4][5] Publicly available source material is limited on recent game-by-game production, so the main takeaway is his role/value proposition rather than a statistically proven star turn; if your team needs length, bulk, and a traditional low-post body, he fits the mold.[4][6]
