Arkansas State Guard's Promising Playmaking (2011-14)
Rakeem Dickerson, a dynamic Little Rock native guard for the Arkansas State Red Wolves, stood out as a team leader with a team-high 67 assists in the 2012-13 season and consistent 2.0-2.2 APG across 2013-14 (4.5 PPG, 37.1% FG) and prior years, showcasing sharp vision and unselfish play that elevated teammates. His high school pedigree—leading to a 6A Arkansas title with 12.8 PPG and 4.8 APG—highlighted elite passing and scoring bursts (career-high 18 pts). Tragically passed at 28 in 2021; a selfless facilitator ideal for teams needing backcourt energy, though no longer active.
