High-Tackle DB with Two-Int Season at McNeese, Now Impact Bull
Boogsie Silvera, a Pembroke Pines native who played at McNeese State, delivered a standout 2024 season with 85 tackles (second on team) and two interceptions in 11 games, proving he’s a high-intensity, tackle-first DB with elite ball skills. After entering the transfer portal in late 2024, he committed to USF Bulls and is now projected as an impact defensive back alongside Izaiah Guy and Jonas Duclona. Though he appeared in only four games for USF in 2025 (five tackles), his intensity, personality, and proven ability to lead in tackles and interceptions make him a strong fit for any team needing a reliable, aggressive DB. No major injury history reported; his drive and consistency are his differentiators.
