Scott Pfeiffer gives Houston Christian a developmental QB with proven high-school production
Scott Pfeiffer is a 6-3 quarterback from Edmond, Oklahoma who arrived at Houston Christian with strong prep credentials: in his senior season at Santa Fe High School, he completed 69% of his passes for 2,505 yards, 26 touchdowns and six interceptions, following a junior year with 2,374 yards and 29 touchdowns. His college stat line, however, remains modest so far, with 106 passing yards, one touchdown and one interception in 2022. Why care? He looks like a polished, accurate, rhythm passer with real production pedigree and academic/character chops, but he still needs game reps to show whether that translate-to-the-next-level ceiling is real.
