Temple’s long, developmental corner with JUCO toughness
Christian Bell is a 6-foot, 185-pound Temple cornerback who arrived as a walk-on after time at Hudson Valley Community College, where he played nine games in the 2022 season and recorded 18 tackles and one interception. At Temple, he redshirted in the 2023 season and has been valued more for depth and development than box-score impact so far. The appeal is the frame, the junior-college game reps, and the chip-on-the-shoulder path — he looks like a grinder who can carve out value if his technical coverage and consistency keep trending up.
