Stephen Schwicke gives Stony Brook a steady, high-volume linebacker presence
Schwicke stands out as a durable, assignment-sound linebacker who has produced at a meaningful volume for Stony Brook, including 68 tackles in an 11-game season and 53 tackles the year before, showing he can stay on the field and around the football.[2] His value is less about splashy stat lines and more about reliability, instincts, and consistent run support—traits that matter if you want a dependable defender who fits a physical, detail-oriented system.[2]
