experienced Weber State safety with proven tackler instincts
Chris Wheeler is listed as a safety for Weber State, and the clearest documented strength on record is his productivity: in his Wildcats career he played 20 games and totaled 125 tackles with eight tackles for loss, which points to a physical, downhill defender who finds the ball quickly. That profile makes him intriguing for teams that value reliability, run support, and experience in the back end; however, the available sources do not provide current-season stats, injury notes, or recent rankings, so the best public read is that he projects as a dependable, assignment-sound defensive fit rather than a flashy headline player.
