Versatile Nebraska linebacker with disruptive playmaking flashes
Mark Vedral was an explosive, versatile Nebraska defender whose senior season included 2.5 sacks, eight quarterback hurries, one interception, and two pass breakups, showing impact beyond basic tackle totals. His value was in his ability to affect plays in multiple ways, especially as a pressure piece who could also contribute in coverage. For a team looking for a linebacker with range, toughness, and situational playmaking, Vedral fit as a multi-use defender rather than a stats-padding volume tackler.[5]
