C'Erra Maholmes brings disciplined, defense-first forward play to Oakland
Maholmes is a reliable, high-energy forward whose value comes from discipline, defense, and making the most of limited opportunities; in Oakland’s 2022 graduate season, she started eight straight games, posted a career night with 10 points, 5 rebounds, and 4 steals, and had 12 steals across those eight starts, underscoring her active hands and ability to impact games without needing shots drawn up for her.[1] If you want a fit-and-forget glue player who competes hard, stays within the system, and can create extra possessions, she’s the type who quietly raises a team’s floor.[1]
