Trey Olsen brings first-team all-state pedigree and two-way upside to Northern Colorado
Olsen is a versatile Loveland product who arrived at Northern Colorado after a productive high-school career and a year of defensive growth, logging 10 games and three tackles in 2025 as a freshman safety. His best differentiators are his multi-sport athleticism, size, and proven playmaking instincts—he posted 26 catches for 456 yards and six receiving scores in his senior season, plus 18 rushing touchdowns, showing real ball-in-his-hands value. For a roster, he looks like a developmental athlete with upside on defense and special teams rather than a finished stat-sheet star.[8][7][9]
