John Lyons gives Air Force a steady, assignment-sound linebacker presence
John Lyons is a depth linebacker for Air Force whose value is more about reliability and scheme fit than eye-popping box scores; ESPN lists him with 2019 college stats of 4 total tackles, and Air Force’s roster page does not show current-season statistics, which suggests he is not a headline producer but a role player[4][3]. For a team, that usually means a prospect who may fit well if you need discipline, special-teams utility, and a player comfortable in a structured defense rather than a pure stat-sheet stuffer[4][3].
