Western Michigan’s Hard-Hitting, High-IQ Defensive Back
Jason Feldpausch was a standout for Western Michigan whose defining traits were toughness, instincts, and production: in the 2002 season, he posted 104 tackles and 3 interceptions, and he was honored as the team’s MVP and an Academic All-MAC selection in 2002-03. He’s the kind of DB who brings edge and reliability, not just athleticism—smart, physical, and trusted in big moments. If your team wants a defender who mixes violence with football IQ, Feldpausch is exactly that archetype.
