Jake Hanks brings a sturdy, production-backed edge presence to Tulsa
Jake Hanks profiles as a **physical, high-motor defensive end** with proven two-way toughness from high school, where he posted **61 tackles and 6.5 sacks** as a senior while also contributing on offense. Tulsa lists him at **6-2** at DE, and that versatility hints at a player who plays with leverage, effort, and contact balance rather than relying only on flash. He’s the kind of fit who can add depth, energy, and rugged edge-setting value to a defense looking for dependable blue-collar production.
