Sydney Cotten is Crown’s steady, high-volume playmaker with scoring punch and closing-time grit
Sydney Cotten has been a reliable two-way guard for Crown College, with 2024-25 preseason notes highlighting 79 assists and 2025-26 postseason results showing she can swing games as both a scorer and distributor. In the 2025-26 NCCAA Division II run, she produced 18 points in the national title game and 25 points in a March 3 box score, while also showing real rebounding punch for a guard. The fit is obvious: tough, productive, and versatile, with enough competitive edge to help a team that wants a guard who can score, facilitate, and do the dirty work.
