experienced linebacker depth with proven special-teams value
Witter is a reliable, low-drama linebacker depth piece for Howard who brings experience, size, and a history of contributing in limited action; at 6'0" and 227 pounds in 2022, he appeared in four games and recorded one tackle, with his 2022 profile showing a steady college career path after a redshirt and a COVID-canceled season. He is a better fit for a team that values assignment soundness, toughness, and roster stability than for one looking for a high-volume playmaker, but his maturity and background make him a credible, plug-and-play depth add.[1][2]
