From UIW QB to Oklahoma State OC – A Tactical Leader with Elite Coaching Acumen
Sean Brophy is no longer the active QB for UIW Cardinals; he has evolved into Oklahoma State’s offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach, winning the 2025 FootballScoop Quarterbacks Coach of the Year award. His differentiator lies in his rare blend of on-field experience (1,277 yards, 11 TDs in 2017 at UIW) and elite coaching intensity—he guided North Texas to the nation’s No. 2 ranked offense in 2025. With a Scottsdale, AZ upbringing and a journey from Glendale CC to the Big 12, Brophy embodies relentless adaptability and strategic brilliance. He’s a perfect fit for any team seeking a leader who understands QB psychology, drives offensive innovation, and elevates talent through disciplined, data-driven coaching.
