Gardner-Webb’s veteran signal-calling linebacker with All-America pedigree
Tanner Burch is a high-IQ, physical middle-of-the-defense linebacker whose value goes beyond tackles: Gardner-Webb has described him as a smart, physical tackler and the unit’s signal caller, and he already owns 237 career tackles with All-America and all-conference recognition.[1][2] His profile includes proven production at a top level, but also a durability flag—he missed an entire season with injury—so he fits best for teams that want a seasoned field general who can diagnose quickly, set the defense, and bring consistent intensity.[1][2]
