FIU’s Terrance Taylor Brings Veteran Back-End Toughness
Terrance Taylor is a steady, experienced safety for FIU who fits best as a physical, assignment-sound defender with veteran instincts and a tough edge. His FIU roster history shows a long developmental arc at defensive back before settling at safety, which usually points to a player coaches trust in coverage communication, run support, and durability. He’s the kind of addition that can raise a room’s floor more than its flash quotient—smart, reliable, and apparently not shy about doing the dirty work.
