Alex Pribble brings Cal a blue-collar, defense-first guard profile
A former Cal walk-on who earned a scholarship, Alex Pribble was known for hustle, toughness, and selfless play at California; in 2005-06 he appeared in 24 games and delivered a standout all-around effort against Long Beach State with 3 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists, while also earning multiple academic honors and the program’s Hustle Award twice[1][10]. If you want a guard who adds energy, accountability, and veteran team chemistry more than flash, he’s the kind of fit that makes coaches smile.
