Former Eastern Illinois LB Now Coaching Linebackers in the NFL
Adam Gristick has transitioned from his playing days at Eastern Illinois to become an accomplished defensive coach. Currently serving as Assistant Linebackers Coach for the New Orleans Saints (2025 season), Gristick brings five seasons of collegiate coaching experience from his tenure at College of Charleston, where he coordinated defensive game plans starting in 2020.
