Western Illinois’s Jack Duncan is a young right-hander with upside, but his 2025 sample was tiny
In the 2025 season, Jack Duncan appeared in just one game for Western Illinois, allowing two hits, two runs and one walk in his March 15 outing at Illinois State, and he was previously listed as having made three appearances before a season-ending injury as a freshman. That makes him more of a projection play than a proven stat line right now: a 6-foot-2 right-hander with enough talent to stay on the roster and earn honor-roll recognition, but with durability and workload still the big questions if you’re evaluating fit.
