Iowa DB with verified Hawkeye ties, but limited public performance data
Rickards is listed as an Iowa Hawkeyes defensive back and is tied to Lenape High School in New Jersey, but the available public record here does not show meaningful collegiate stat production or national rankings. That makes him more of a depth/monitoring prospect than a proven impact player right now, so the key question is projection: can he bring reliable coverage instincts, physicality, and special-teams value? Based on the sparse public footprint, he’s a name to watch rather than a clearly established fit yet.
