Valpo's Versatile G/F Dynamo from 2018-19 Glory Days
Katherine Carlson shone as a senior G/F for Valparaiso Beacons in the 2018-19 season, starting all 38 matches with a stellar .222 hitting efficiency, 413 kills (2.89/set), 434 digs (3.03/set), and 29 aces across 143 sets—showcasing elite two-way versatility and relentless court coverage. Her high-motor intensity and multi-sport background (high school hoops/volleyball at Notre Dame Prep) make her a differentiator for teams needing gritty, all-around wings; no notable injury history, she's a proven fit for up-tempo systems valuing defense and transition scoring.
